Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 is an American actress from America. Her debut in film was Bad Boys (1983). Following that She joined the Bratpack group and appeared as a character in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy was awarded the Independent Spirit Award Best Female Leading for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy is an American writer and actress. At the beginning of the 80s, she started her career on film by appearing in the crime thriller film Bad Boys. She was highly acclaimed for the film. Rick Rosenthal was the director of the film with other actors notable, such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. After her debut success in a movie that she appeared in, the actress acted in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. The film directed by John Hughes is considered one among the most memorable film productions for high school of all time. Though the budget was only $1 million, its profits surpassed 50 million dollars. Also, she began to appear in a variety of TV programs, such as CBS Schoolbreak. This was her TV debut. It was a program for teenagers that started airing beginning in April 1980. Other TV shows she appeared in included Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. A few of her most recent appearances include Little Sister and X-Men Apocalypse an action film featuring the superhero X-Men in which she plays in a role as a guest. Sheedy's amazing performances have won many awards, such as the MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
