Dwayne The man who started Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007 is currently the pastor. Additionally, he is the Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for developing the future generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
